Building Back from Zero

“I had already been working with Clay for about two years before my fitness was dramatically impacted by a neuroinvasive virus that left me starting from ground zero. After being on a ventilator for weeks, I had severe muscle atrophy and lost a significant amount of muscle function and motor control. I spent 4 months in physical therapy where my focus was basic recovery, after which I was incredibly unsure how to rebuild my strength and endurance effectively. That is when Clay came back into the picture where he became an essential part of my journey, helping me build back to my current 95% of pre-virus capabilities.
