HOW IT WORKS:

  • Check-In 30 Minute Session — before Clay begins on your custom programming, he will assess your current goals, limitations and preferences in this call / video.

  • Custom Training Plan — after the call, you’ll receive a 4-week program based on your selected frequency (1-5x per week).

  • Check-in 30 Minute Session — at the two week mark, Clay wants to hear how the program is working for you and provide support, motivation and any adaptations.

  • Optional Add-Ons — If you’d like more support you can add direct messaging with Clay, or a nutrition education component for an additional fee.
